We are committed too:
- Engaging with our staff and visitors to encourage actions and suggestions to help improve our sustainability and create a team spirit.
- To use facilities management to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement decisions that include consideration to embedded carbon, sustainability impacts of projects, and the environmental commitments of contracts.
- Where possible, influencing our customers to help reduce environmental impacts created.

Customer incentives
We have offered several different incentives to encourage our members to be more mindful about the waste created, and here is our brilliant reusable cup!
Our personalised Redbourn takeaway cups allow customers a discount off coffees, as well as a new loyalty scheme offering the 8th coffee for free! We have offered to put money on memberβs bar cards if they bring in used plastic bottles for recycling. -
